how do you report someone who only sent you PMs? He has no posts on actual site.

Also wondering, how do I go about getting staff priveleges to delete these spammers?

You have to email Bunni (Chris), the site owner. I can ask him if you want, but he's not around too much anymore, so it may take him a while to get back to you.
