Sorry chaps, couldnt log in AGAIN!
 

Tried for 2-3 days to log into the Forum, it kept on saying that I had used up ALL my login attempts (on the first try) and booted me out for fifteen minutes. After several tries on each day, I just gave up.

So, I am NOT "the go to guy" (aka MOD) to dump all these spammers. Who knows when I'll be able to log in again. Tis best to alert MT2008.

Someone keps trying to break into my account too, always between 12 am-3pm and 5pm-7pm

Not really; I've had the exact same problem you're having. I couldn't log in on Friday or yesterday, though to be fair, I didn't try TOO many times to get in (I was pretty busy).

I have mine set to auto log in so dont have problems. I have no idea how to kill a spammer though.

You can't kill spammers unless you're an admin. And unfortunately, there are too few of us. But I try to respond to spam reports ASAP, even when I'm busy.

I have mine set to auto log-in as well, but it seems that it frequently logs out by itself, for reasons that I don't understand. But today, it worked though. Of course, another problem is that I don't always post from the same computer, which may have something to do with it.

Ive never been logged out, if i got some admin abilities I could help delete spammers.
