Whats the point of it other than to waste ammo...?

You have basicly no accuracy and it's dangerous cause your not gripping the gun properly
And blasting away with Semi auto guns isn't a waste of ammo? It's always been 'fun' for folks to emulate full auto fire in such as way that the ATF can't bust you. It's more of a 'hahahaha, screw you ATF" vibe than anything else.

Also it's a pretty good approximation of full auto fire (that take quite a bit of skill). But it's like the 'rush' of firing a full auto gun.

So ... I like firing a full magazine out of a full auto gun. THAT's basically a waste of ammo and not accurate, even with the proper grip. If you DON'T think blasting a mag out of a gun with one burst is FUN, then I gotta wonder why you're on IMFDB LOL

Well... I think its for showing off more than anything else

(I would also love to see someone bump fire a Barret M82 )

A Hellfire trigger kit is the ultimate cure. It's a light spring placed behind the trigger so if you pull it right, the recoil makes the gun fire full auto. It takes the dangerous grip out of bump firing.

But there's nothing like firing a full auto, no BS. It's just great.

Only problem is, most ranges here don't allow the Hellfire mechanisms (or those "Tac-trigger" knock-offs). Or bump-firing, period. Guess I gotta find someone with a lot of property and then get them to let me try it there.

But I do think it'd be cool to play around with.

Of course everybody loves full auto, its fun but not as effective as Semi-auto in most situations

Sorry, I just don't get that much of a thrill out of shooting full auto anymore. Call me crazy but I actually like to hit my target outside of 50M.

Exception to this being the C6. That's alot of fun.

I've fired full auto before and despite how "fun" it does seem, I started to think about how much money it would cost for ammo, how full auto degrades the barrel more, so repair and maintenance cost. I just think a fast trigger pull is good enough if you want to throw out a lot of bullets at nothing.

Honestly......It looks real fun to me.

Well.... You need a lot of things to make up and pay for getting fully automatic weapon, but you don't have to do these things for "Semi-Automatic" one.

With semi-automatic, bump fire is only way you can fire like a fully automatic XD
