Because as you can see the chamber wasn't designed to take the really long length of the .410 shells.

Just need to think about overall length of cylinder. .45 LC is not long, but .410 is extremely long for regular revolver's cylinder chamber. It doesn't mean that "a revolver for .45 LC" is also for "a revolver for .410".
