I think the picture you're showing is of the DAO model, since it has no safety, while the picture in the first image has a bobbed hammer and a decocking safety.
The markings on the slide are in slightly different places, but it might just be because of their trigger designs. The decocking model is seen in The One as a mockeup up pistol and in Strange Days.
