There were some people familiar (well, more familiar than me) with military rank insignia here, IIRC. Does anyone recognize the insignia on this guy's hat?
 It's not US, because the American colonel insignia is an eagle clutching olive branches in one claw and a bundle of arrows in the other.

I swapped my 686's Hogues for a set of old stock Pachmayr Decelerators, total game changer. Speedloaders now work 100%, and everything just feels perfect
