I agree with GM45 it is a Mauser Pocket Pistol either a 1914 or 1934. It hard to tell which model at that angle.

No problem. If I had to guess on that gun, I'd say it is a Mauser 1934 Humpback pistol, but I'll see what everyone else thinks.
