He is talking about the short commando variant, you are talking about the under-barrel Nader. As for the commando it is real, there is a blurry photo of one on this page. I do not understand how it can actually be used though, as it is so short that In order to get your head behind the sight, the back of the venturi nozzle at the back would be level with, or perhaps even in front of, the back of your body. This coupled with the fact that the backblast would be particularly wide due to the shorter tube (the back of the booster would be almost out the back of the tube) means that I think with standard rockets it would be very dangerous to fire. Perhaps it uses a smaller booster charge to get it out of the tube, but then when the rocket blast kicks in it would get you in the face. Either it is intended to be fired with protective clothing, or it is just really unsafe.

As for the Nader, I really think that this is either total BS, or it is a short range weapon that just lobs the warhead over a relatively short distance. There is a palce for this sort of thing, but it is not a replacement for a proper shoulder launched weapon.

Edit: Actually, thinking about it for a minute I suppose the Nader could work by launching on the rocket jets without a gunpowder booster which would give it a relatively soft launch. However, this again would be pretty unsafe for the guy launching it so I am still not convinced that this is a real (or at least practical) system.
