I'm still around, though very busy myself (I now live in our nation's capital, and have been taking steps recently towards a career in the service). I long ago reduced my presence on the site to focus on other life-related stuff. But, it's good to hear from you again, MPM!

I don't know if I count as a "veteran" per say since I've never hung around the forums a lot, but I still post pictures whenever I can. It's great to know that you are still around though.

Like the recently deceased in a certain hit TV show, this thread rises from the dead!
I'm posting to appeal to MPM if he will add to his probably pretty long list of guns he intends to eventually photograph for IMFDb an AR-15 carbine in this configuration (sans optics).  AR-15 carbines of this configuration are used in at least three movies (WWZ, Black Hawk Down, Blood Diamond) and possibly a fourth (The Rock), so I think this is enough to have a photo of it. I've been trying to find one on the web, but I haven't had any luck.
