I keep watching Burn Notice, and it some what irks me when he is constantly complaining about how he is low on cash.
And then he and his team use SIG-Sauers, and a bunch of assorted H&K rifles.... I just wanna be like: YOU'RE POOR BECAUSE YOU ARE BUYING THE WRONG STUFF! |

Yeah get SIG rifles, like the 550 series, not HKs

The 550 series are just as over-priced as H&K's long guns, and they have worse ergonomics. They have issues of their own.

Plus, they use cheaper guns pretty often. Like Winchester 70s in the sniping role. |

That's true, I like Sam and his Winchester.
They have an MP5 PDW in one episode. I don't know where Fiona got that civy copy of the B.A.R. in one episode, but that can't have been cheap. Also, one time they are given a pair of G36-C rifles, and they use both of them to incriminate some bad guys. The one time they were being smart was when Fiona bought a pair of Browning Hi-Powers for 200 bucks each. But the cops chased them and they had to abandon the car and the guns.
