And if it meets the distribution requirements.

But even the IMDb requirement is a little dodgy because there's a lot of foreign stuff not on IMDb.

AND.... there is stuff on IMDB which kinda 'snuck on there' which doesn't merit a page on IMFDB. So we added the distribution requirement. Sorry, but there is just too much crap on IMDB now. There are tons of student filmmakers who have figured out how to 'game the system'.
