I love novaks, ive been real interested in black rear/dotted front lately as i notice i actually can shoot that both eyes open. i really like reverse 2 tone (black slide stainless frame) with wood grips but the other way around is not very appealing, to me. But i you like the looks do it.

When that faded out, SIG introduced the silver slide, black frame. Which is more common nowadays so people consider it standard 2-tone. My SIG was refinished with black slide, silver frame I consider it standard 2-tone. But reverse 2-tone by SIG standards.

I never understood how a "industry standard" was thought up for 2 tone, and I saw the pic of yours, really nice, who finished it again?

CCR http://www.ccrrefinishing.com/ PO had it refinished. I wish the slide serrations were more of a matte or flat finish. I find that racking the slide can hard with sweaty hands, because of the semi-gloss finish. My local gun shop had a factory two tone P220 (silver slide, black frame) but it was in poor shape for the price. So I bought mine online. Which is where I buy most of mine.
