Going back on my old topic since I didn't want to make a new one. The Lock & Load montage in movies. It consists of the hero gearing up for the big fight, preparing a multitude of weapons in anticipation of the need for More bang, and usually taken from a Wall Of Weapons. Usually features close-up shots of guns being loaded, knives being sheathed, headbands being tied, etc. Never complete without a veritable symphony of metallic clicking noises.
Some of my favorites are Commando The 2004 Punisher - Especially when he loads that M203 that he never used. Hot Fuzz And one of my early favorites is the short but awesome scene in The Matrix where Neo asked for Guns...lots of them
