Here's an alternative: Rocco owns 300 Rand to a LSD dealer named "Falcon", who threatens to cut his fingers off. Greg pays a visit to Falcon to have a discussion (and by "discussion", I mean he hits him over the head with a crowbar, shoots out one of his kneecaps, and tells him to leave Rocco alone if doesn't want to get shot in the other knee).
