Targets (1968) Very anti-gun. When it was first released a so-called documentary about the scourge of firearms in the U.S. would play first. Not sure if they have that documentary on the DVD release.

The movie was something of a quicky designed to cash in on Charles Whitman and the murders of Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. Pretty cynical actually.

How about the movie 44 Minutes: The North Hollywood Shootout during the gun store scene the cop actors had a line about "Why are people allowed to have these things?" When getting guns powerful enough to penetrate armor

I don't know if that's anti-gun or just something a moderate, which most people are, would say. On one extreme, you have people who only think police and the military should have guns, and on the other, you have those who think there shouldn't be any restrictions. I would think that most people fall somewhere in between.

To me, an anti-gun movie would be one that attacks the very concept of civilian firearms ownership.
