Is the power company taking power off for your neighborhood, or do you not want to look bad? Id jeep my power on regardless of what others do.
The power company doesn't do anything. It's pretty much voluntary. But unfortunately for me, I depend on my neighbors for Internet access when I'm at my place. So their decision to turn everything off for an hour meant that I had to go elsewhere to be online.
