Yeah I agree. We don't look at every pistol ever made and think of it as a shameless 1911 knockoff, even though the gun has inspired countless other designs. The differences, sometimes drastic ones, are usually the important than the similarities. I consider the Jericho as it's own gun built on the CZ pattern, not a "CZ knockoff".
