Well, Bunni did something that changed the world. That is an accomplishment. Kudos to him.

Wow, of all the people's conversation to be mentioned in the article, my comment in Skyfall was one of them

It's easy to understand why they picked it. Skyfall is part of one of the longest standing and most lucrative franchises in the film industry, it's a recent film, and Bond's PPK is one of the most ubiquitous movie guns. If you hadn't used proper grammar in that instance, it may have been overlooked, or worse, put in as an attempt to make gun enthusiasts seem less intelligent. Glad that wasn't the case.
It's really great to see liberal papers being objective about guns though, it really instills hope in the fight for the 2nd Amendment, and in the ever divided political system. I read another LA Times article not too long ago written right after the AWB sunsetted slamming it, so I give them credit for that as well. You can't help but feel even more sorry for California gun owners knowing that their media are on their side, and things still suck there. |

I know. Maybe I should have used some lower cases and a couple of run on sentences, too and threw in a bunch of suck it as well. I don't think I made my point clear enough in that comment. A couple misplaced commas and exclamation marks would be nicer.

Fair enough, but media fairness/bias is as abundant in coverage as those who are covering the story allow it to be, and they're at least illustrating that they can be fair in some respect. It may be part of the "2 percent", but it's something, and it's part of a really significant paper in a really anti gun state at that. Credit where credit is due for the LA Times, even if it's brief.

The thing that everyone is missing here is that this isn't a pro-gun/anti-gun Democrat/Republican article. Chris worked very hard to make sure that Rebecca understood that the site is about PROPS. We DO NOT have an agenda when it comes to the gun debate. Obviously our users have their own opinions but the site is a PROP database.

Thanks Zack, I think that's the right sentiment. I wanted to make sure we were viewed from an entertainment angle, we cover a very specific aspect of film and The Industry.
Anyways, here's the spread for those of you not in LA (almost everyone ![]() ![]()
