I'm guessing the forum admins (save for Bunni) don't have access to the administrator control panel. This is a separate function from the moderator control panel that's normally used to close/pin/delete/edit/etc. topics, ban troublesome members, and so on.

Actually MT2008 and Zackman both have almost all admin and mod rights on the board.
