Gonna read some instructions on the spyderco sharpmaker and get to work.

BTW the knife is bigger but better shaped so actually carries better and has more capability.
that's great! is that the CRKT m16 behind it? is the 915 really that big?

yes and yes. But i dont necessarily like small blades. Im 6' 215 and pretty much wear pants all the time so can take it easily, the 915 is nice and flat and feels good in pocket though, the crkt has served very well but the g10 handle on the benchmade is just way easier to hold. I like the serrations on the m16 blade for cutting rope and such but hate sharpening it.

I think the m16 has easier deployment but I just need practice on the 915.

I want a cold steel gurka kukri, there just completely badass. And seeing the review of it de limbing trees justifies it as a camp blade. And also, once you read this: http://badassoftheweek.com/shrestha.html you dont need to justify buying one, just get it.

The rajah is cool, a folding mini kukri. Expensive though.

How do gurkas carry their kukris, they seem a bit big to put on lbe. But they are just awesome, a knife that splits logs like an axe and takes down bad guys.
