https://mlpnk72yciwc.i.optimole.com/..._thumbnail.jpg Links as they stretch the page. Anyway, first screenshot shows Chris Redfield and Albert Wesker with MP5A3s, a woman who's supposed to be Jill Valentine with an MP5K-PDW or an MP5K with a PDW stock, and Richard Aiken (?) with a shotgun I can't ID. Second pic shows Leon Lennedy with what looks like a GI 1911 judging by the barrel diameter and Claire Redfield with a pistol-gripped Mossberg 500 Mariner. The third screenshot is just of the Lisa Trevor creature with no guns in sight.

Terrible casting aside, this is supposed to take place in the same 1998 timeline so did the NAVY trigger group for the MP5 exist in that period?

The Navy trigger group was made in 1986, so yes.
