You're talking about just the AKs?

Yes. The fixed stock model with the foregrip is an AIM, the folder is a commercial PM mod. 90, both Romanian. The ones with the screwed up handguards in the first picture are probably put-togethers.

I was figuring this was some type of AK sold in this configuration, based on the sights, muzzle break, and barrel cover. Not too sure it is a put together, but I may be customized. This movie was rather low budget though, so I don't know if they'd bother building a gun used by this guy and some other henchmen in some shots.

Also, it has a hooded front sight so is it possibly a Norinco of some sort?

Well the folding stock is definately Romanian. There's a short-barreled variant of the md. 90 that looks similar except for the weird hanguards and the vented cover on the gas tube.

And when I say put-together, I don't mean custom, I mean thrown together out of whatever spare AK parts they had handy. I once spoke to an armorer in Australia who built a Gewehr 98 sniper for an uncoming film out of a Gewehr 98 barrel, Brazilian M1907 stock and Israeli Kar 98K receiver.

Gee thanks. I'm sitting on a bunch of MARKSMAN screencaps already. But I won't rush to post them if you're already done....

Do it. I only took the caps you see here for ID confirmation. In fact, Marksman isn't too high up on my to-do list stack, so go ahead. I only bought it because I figured it would have some refreshing gun selections, which it did. But it was so horrible I was just happy it ended.

Besides, my soul dies a little very time I watch it. I'll be definately exchanging it at FYE in the future.

But if you know, PLEASE tell me what that SMG is. It's driving me crazy.
