There are 2 foreign military bases in Kyrgyztan. One is russian, guess the other. It looks like the ruskies donīt want another military power in the zone.

I remember arguing with some people of their guns. Correct me if I'm wrong here but it was an AK-74 (based on the muzzlebrakes) with those expensive M4 hand guards and the rest had AKS-74u's. Didn't see that picture of a guy with the SVD though.
