I am not a fan of the USP line of pistols. I've seen them fail many times in the field including broken firing pins and cracked slides and frames. My friend and I rented one and I fired it 3 times and the mag bottom fell off the gun, and the rounds tumbled onto the table in front of me.

The range renting it gave me coupons for 3 months worth of free shooting though, so maybe I should like the USP!

Glock's are just tough guns. Accurate and dependable. The workhorse.

I prefer a 1911 to any pistol in the world anyway. The 1911 has endured for a reason. It'll always be king of the mountain to me.

I've been trying out the XD pistols more and I gotta say they are a better feel to than Glocks. Accuracy and less recoil
