There is a great scene like that in the first season of "Breaking Bad". The main character's DEA brother-in-law goes looking for him and runs in to a drug dealer. The drug dealer empty's a full auto rifle at the in-law as he rapid fires his Glock at the drug dealer. As they both reload, the brother-in-law gains his composure, and takes careful aim. When the drug dealer pops out, blasting away, the brother-in-law drops him with one shot.

Of those, I've only seen "Burn Notice", but "realistic" hardly strikes me as the right word.

I actually liked the Vietnam scenes in Forrest Gump. I was never in a real gunfight, luckily, but it looks rather realistic if you ask me, what do you think?

No, the Vietnam scene in Forret Gump was pretty good, and they got the part right about when the enemy fires first, you don't see him. If you are lucky, you might catch some muzzle flashes or tracers and that's it.
