Default Hollow point vs. Soft point

Using a 130-grain .270 Winchester cartridge on pronghorn antelope, which type of bullet is more suitable?

I'd say it's more an issue of weight retention and expansion than hollow point vs soft point. You want to make sure your bullet expands effectively, but doesn't just blow up. If you're buying cheap ammo, stick to soft points like Remington Core Lokt or Federal Power Shok. If you want to spend a little more, I like Hornady SSTs, though if you get Superformance you'll have to re-sight.
