I have unconfirmed Rumors that you can buy a MCS kit as a civilian. I'll have to check with my NFA sources.

New Baby
Recently added this to my collection.
It's a SAM Inc. Philippine-made ATI-imported 1911 in .45. I picked it up for $405 shipped, brand new, online. I was really trying to hold out for a Springfield Mil-Spec, but my desire to own a 1911 again, and my gf's desire for me to own a 1911, overrode my patience. I was a little wary of buying anything but an American-made 1911, but for the price, I just couldn't let it go. I've put almost a thousand rounds through it so far and have yet to come into any problems. Nice pistol for the price. |

I'd get a short barrel AR-15 instead. I like that better than a short shotgun

Agreed! a shorty AR-15 would be sexy...something between 8" and 10.5". On shotguns i perfer between 20" and 24" barrel length. But back to the thread...im in the works of getting a 6" drop in barrel for my Glock 20C that will bring the full badassness out of the 10mm
