Organize gun headings like this:
=[Gun Type]= ==[Gun Make & Model]== Also, link to gun pages in the description paragraph, NOT in the heading title, and there's no need to link to gun category pages.

Tonka being a candidate for deletion
How long do I have to get this page going? I'm still rather unfamiliar with just how to get a page to look correct. I'm ocd about getting it right, but I also don't have much time to work on it. I'm lagging behind in my college work, and I have until November 25th to improve my grades. What should I do? Some marked the page for deletion.

You can transfer your work to the talk page or make a sandbox on your user page. There's less pressure there.
