Default SIG reintroduces the P210

https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/...ig-p210-carry/

The 210 is a classic, so why not?

Yeah, we're seeing various guns being revived recently, including the P210, the Colt Python, the Robinson M96 (Stoner 63 clone).

I never understood the Colt business model. They were hemorrhaging money, and yet stuck with making M1911s and M4s, something dozens of companies were already doing, rather than selling their unique products which no one else sells, like Pythons and (my personal favorite) the Pocket Hammerless.

It could have had to do with the obvious preference for military contracts that Colt has shown in the past.

You'd think that with the poor financial performance of Colt and how many times they've been to the brink of bankruptcy they'd have a major reorganization and/or major re-evaluation of their priorities. But I've seen nothing of the sort so far. They've only re-introduced one of their classic revolvers too at this time.
