Is it some kind of falling block action with double set triggers?...Like some sort of German Buchel-Meister Schuetzen Rifle? Well either way i think it is Germen and it is a Schuetzen style target rifle most likely in a 8.15x46R.

I already said it was a German rifle...maybe a C.A. Fischer & Sohn...or maybe German System Aydt Single Shot Schuetzen Rifle.

Well...before the internet, people use to put information down on paper...and then they organized it by putting those pages in things called books...so really old guns and gun designs are features in these so called books.
