If you're talking current production, there aren't too many options I know of that exclusively fire that caliber with a DA/SA trigger. You have the Taurus Judge and the S&W Governor, and anything that fires .454 Casull or .460 S&W. If you want a gun exclusively in .45 Colt, you will have to go into the out of production/ used market to get something really good or extravagant. you can find a S&w Model 25 or a Colt Anaconda if you're lucky. S&W also offers their modern engineered Model 25 in their "Classic" line (and those quotation marks are there for a reason, not much is truly classic about a modern production gun that's just blued with wood grips).
