All cars, not just British cars, need secret machine guns.

Funny how the Corps has no issue with the Georgians wearing it, yet they get up in arms at the mere suggestion of their countrymen in the same military wearing it.
Yeah, the inter-service rivalry over camouflage patterns has really made me lose respect for DoD as a whole. We're living in an era where everyone understands (and accepts) the necessity of joint commands and joint operations, but heaven forbid everyone wears the same uniforms! (when in fact, they did so for more than 20 years with the BDU/DCU) I seriously hope Congress passes a law specifying that from this point on, all branches of the service cannot have their own trademarked camo patterns.

As for what new pattern to field: Dunno about MARPAT; I'm not a big fan of the pixelated camo trend in general. However, the method that the Corps used to field that pattern is a good one - separate woodland and desert patterns, plus body armor whose color scheme is a blend of the two. I'm guessing what's going to happen is that DoD requests a desert version of MultiCam, and then they field body armor in the same color scheme that the Corps are using now.

I'm growing increasingly annoyed at how the actors in all these commercials demonizing cell phone use while driving, are actively trying not to pay attention to their driving. I have no problem with abiding by the law (even though I think it's a ridiculous law) and I'm not saying everybody is as attentive as they can be, but come on.

I'm working on a Fantasy story and I wanted an Interesting weapon that would scare the protagonists(at least until they get their hands on one.)

I found an image of an Axe Rifle that the Dwarven Lass in the party will love. The bad guys had it alchemically enchanted so that things like weather, fouling, overly large powder charges and hitting armored opponents in the face will not affect the rifle.

Hitting up the airsoft field on the 6th. Last game was May 25th, a zombie game.

Turns out a tri-shot shotgun is REALLY good for point shooting. Also, there was a point in the second round where my team (civilians) was holed up in a fort behind the church where the Westboro Baptist Church team was hiding, and the militia team looking to steal the gas cans that were their objective got caught up fighting zombies after getting in. So in chimes Jaime as we're standing guard:

"Dude, the entire militia team is backing into us!"

Cue about 7 or 8 guns all simultaneously firing into the backsides of the militia as they backed away from the zombies without realizing that we had occupied the building behind them.
