It looks almost exactly like this one here

I've wanted one of those for so long.

Yeah they are hard to find right now. Don't know if it's the parts kits or the receivers that's holding them up. May be a combination of both. There's a few of these on GB right now if you want to go that route.

Congrats man.

The '74 is already paid for. I'm getting tired of waiting for it

I can't wait to get in some range time with the 1300. I'm going to the indoor range today , so I might get to shoot it a bit, but that depends on if they allow shotguns (I don't exactly know what their rules are). I'm going to raise hell about that '74 while I'm there, since the range is connected to the gunshop I ordered it from.

Bastards wouldn't let me shoot the 1300 without buying some heavily marked up ammo from them

While I was at the range, I picked up a new ProMag made magazine for my 459

After I handled and examined it for a bit, I've come to the conclusion that the 1300 feels more "solid" than any other shotgun I have handled, ever.

I'm going to get a Mosin Nagant for the hell of it. Mostly cause I really like it, the cost, etc

What's not to like about a military issue firearm that you can buy for not that much more than the cost of a video-game.

I got one about a month or so ago. Most shops around here charge $160 for them. Found one that had them for $120. So my dad and I both got one. It's okay I guess, though I shot mine reasonably well the first time out with the irons. But it had a real sticky bolt. All the spent cases looked fine and too cheap to buy a headspace gauge. We did some work on the extractors, (his was sticky as well but not as bad as mine) that seemed to take care of it. My dad has already sporterized his, turned the bolt handle down and mounted a scope. I'm leaving mine as is.

I dont know if this is the right thread but i dont feel like starting a new one so here goes:

I am considering trading in my Ruger p94dc in 40 S&W for another handgun of equal or not much more price. This would just be a range/ranch gun and i would prefer it to be in 9mm. What would you guys suggest for around the $300 mark?
