Default These Guns Fake?

It looks like some guy scammed L.A.s finest by selling them some props at a gun buyback. I can't tell if they're real or not. What do you guys think. Check out the third picture.

If you read some of the comments, they say they look like Adler Jager AP-74s without charging handles, and I'm inclined to agree. Either that or they are fake as some on there say. I seriously doubt that a Compton resident would have 58 beat up M16 rifles that weren't fake or cheap .22 knockoffs.

Definitely AP74s. Look at the close-up of the receiver in pic #3.

This guy duped arguably the best police force in the country into buying cheapy little .22s. And while I don't condone trying to outsmart, trick, or rip off the police in any way, I have to admit he deserves that $5,800 for actually pulling it off.
