Well, on Saturday I picked up 4 boxes of .30-40 Krag at my store's competition that I'd special ordered in May. I'd originally ordered Winchester Super-X (slightly better cases for reloading), but they had stuck my order in a drawer and never filed it, so when I finally went in a month ago to find out what the hell was going on it was all gone. So they put in another special order for Remington Core-Lokt and then never called me when it arrived. Anyways, I got it, 80 rounds of ammo for $160, but at least I have enough cases to last me a good long time.

Tommorow at work I'm either picking up a Sentry 24-gun safe or a Lee reloading package, depending on how much luck I have finding decent movers.

No. At this time of year, I tend to worry more about what I'm going to buy my family and friends for Christmas. Shouldn't you be doing the same? I half expected that that's what this topic was going to be about when I first opened it.

In all seriousness (since I expect I'll be mostly getting money for Christmas), I'm trying to decide what optic I'm going to buy for my AR. Since it's my Dad's gun, too, I'll expect he'll chip in.

For Christmas, my cousins and I put our names in a hat and draw a name out at random. Whatever name we get, we have to buy them a Christmas present. I got my cousin who's name I will not mention, but is a girl. I'm just going to buy her six cans of Monster and a Ke$hia CD.

I bought 5 mags for the AR. Got some holsters on the way from Milt Sparks (ordered them in May), that should give you an idea about their backlog.

I would rather just buy gifts for my two nephews, but also got to get gifts for my two brothers and two sisters, just freaking wonderful.

There are times when you should buy somebody what they need, not what they want. This is one of those times. Have a little more respect for her.

I found out she has a crush on Jake Gyllenhaal, so I'll buy a carboard cut-out of him for her.
