Default Confused on this sig...

http://sigsauer.com/CatalogProductDe...perations.aspx

It says it holds 14 .40s, or 13 .357 sig. If .357 uses the same case necked down, why would it fit less? I hope this is just a typo by sig, but it confused me.

They aren't very good with their website, I applied for a sales poistion and one of the questions were "How many years of customer assistance do you have?" and the options I could choose was yes or no. >_>

its a misprint...if you look any where else on the website you see across the board that the 40 and 357 have the same capacity count.

I thought so, but it was possible they were shipping a different mag even if unlikely, maybe saying it has "improved springs."

Walther p99s were at one time using 16 or 15 round mags in 9 and 13/12 in 40, saying the newer ones held 1 less round but were "more reliable with new springs."
