Yes, you did. That being said, if you want to build a clone of your first service rifle, here's where I would start:

Maybe wait until they come out and see what the reviews say, but you could take this lower, fill it out with retro parts made by Brownell's (or their contract mfg), and then put a Brownell's upper on top. It will be not be a cheap project, but you could do it if it means a lot to you.
