Default "The" and "A" movies

I know that "The" titles are supposed to have the "the" in the end, ("Dirty Dozen, The" instead of "The Dirty Dozen," for example.) Are we supposed to treat "A" titles the same way? ("Few Good Men, A" versus "A Few Good Men," for example.)

29 movies listed starting with "A (something)", I'd say no.

Yes, but there'd probably be as many if not more "The" movies if we hadn't been actively policing them.

Yes, which says to me that "A" is not actively policed. So we're not supposed to do "(something), A" or we'd be doing it.

Which brings us back to the beginning, *are* we supposed to?

For example, if you went into a Blockbuster or Best Buy today and looked for a copy of "A Few Good Men," would it be under A or F?

It usually depends how prominent the "A" is on the box, in my experience.
