Default Dobermann- What gun is this?

Just wondering If anyone can help me identify this handgun. My friend says it could be a Taurus Raging Bull. Its from a french movie that came out in '97 named Dobermann.

I don't know what it is but it certainly is not a raging bull(maybe an attempt at a raging bull). You can tell that the large block on the barrel is not contiguous with the frame.

The barrel is some custom feature, so determining what it is from that alone could be hard. if you can get some clearer shots of the frame where I can see the silhouette, or maybe the trigger guard, sights, hammer, cylinder, or release, I could go from there.

I think it's a smith model 64 with a custom aluminum barrel shroud.

I'm leaning towards a Smith too, but its not a Model 64, because it has an adjustable rear sight. The hammer spur, cylinder and bore lead me to believe it is an N frame, possible a Model 629, but the camera can play ticks on us, so, again, for a real ID, I'd need clearer caps.

Default What is it?

This to me looks like something, that was made in some high school machine shop.

I was looking around and it sort of resembles the Smith & Wesson 629 "Stealth Hunter"
