Plus we have small kids running around the neighborhood so I'm much more inclined towards eliminating the problem before it hurts someone.

Tell the police about how your neighbors are letting aggressive dogs loose in an area where small children play before you do anything

I think my PS3 just died. When I turn it on, the light turns green, flashes yellow, then starts blinking red.

I think my 360's DVD drive is dying. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Not that I'm going to replace it until the thing bricks.
