Default Your carry guns?

Im enrolled in a CWP course and am looking at carry potions for when done. Thing is I have little trigger time on most. A few smith snubbies and a lcp. Anyone want to give impressions on whats worked for them?

Snubs are decent but i want an auto im married to thumbs forward now and dont want burnt thumbs. The LCP is a good carry siize but i get a finger and a half on the thing and it has no sights. Wondering what else to look for?

I bought a Kahr CM9 a few weeks back. The trigger is a 100 times better than the LC9 I had. Still need more practice with it, but I feel like I'll end up being more proficient with it compared to the LC9. I've carried my Les Baer Stinger in a Milt Sparks VM-2 sometimes. It's bit on the heavy side. But a good belt definitely helps.

I shoot thumbs forward with my semi-autos. Crossed thumbs with revolvers.

Buddys getting a cw40 i can try out the kahr trigger. The 40 will be hard hitting but id get a 9 if i got a kahr. The connection to the moonies bothers me but good guns are good guns.

I handled the lc9 felt great in hand and had decent sights but the trigger was awful and i hate mag disconnects.

I've always thought those Kahrs were neat, but I never hear anything about them

How reliable is it, how well does it handle, and how well does it conceal?

My brother is going to get a Glock when he turns 21.

I have an XDM 3.8 Compact in 9mm as my profile shows.

I've only got about 50 rounds through it. Mostly ball, but did shoot two mags of Golden Saber HPs. No function issues. It did seem to chamber better with the slide locked back vs trying to chamber it with the slide forward. It handles well for it's size. It being a 9mm it's not going to conceal as easy as a .380, but I can pocket carry it.

Pretty much. When racking it, it will basically lock itself back.

Not sure about it when reloading. I've gotten used to using the slide release.
