I own one, but wouldn't exactly call myself a Desert Eagle lover. ShootingJames was also winking.

The compensator / muzzle brake is a good idea especially in the .50 AE, you can send your barrel to them and have it done. But it's not available for the Mark I and VII models. I think porting would be better though since the gun is already pretty long. I think all the rail notches ugly.

I'm not really a Desert Eagle fan either, but that compensator. If it makes the Desert Eagle easier to shoot, I'll give it a try.,

No, it's locking spammers like you up and saving them to use as bait when Z Day comes.

The fugly pistol k9870 was talking about is called the Kel-Tec PMR 30 chambered for .22 Magnum. I think it's funny looking like all of Kel-Tec's guns, but the shocking thing is that the gun was built as a direct competitor to the Five-seveN. .22 Mag is somewhat ballistically similar, but not really. Add the looks in and it doesn't really compete until you check the 30 ROUND MAGAZINE. That's right, 30 rounds of .22 Mag in a handgun. Yeah it's .22 Magnum which isn't a fantastic round, but you have 30 rounds of it! I hear they are coming out with a .22 LR version for all the caliber conservative people too. Depsite it being ugly, I wouldn't mind having a 30 round handgun.

I think it would be perfect to put in a boat's SHTF bag or something to keep in your car for emergencies
