I hope the SOB is happy with himself. He's still PNGed by the SEAL community, though, so there's that at least. Hopefully the Kyle family appeals the ruling, though I'd understand if they prefer to just let the whole thing go and move on with their lives.

In Jesse's defense, it's not like he knew the guy would be murdered. It was lose-lose for him.
