I went over to the University of Houston campus earlier to see what tests I had to take before I could go to orientation and found out that my SAT scores are high enough that I only have to take one of the tests. I walked around the campus a bit as well. The whole place had a friendly atmosphere and everyone was nice

I tore my only pair of cargo shorts stepping down from the bed of my dad's truck

That reminds me of last summer. I was loading hay onto the truck with my dad (we mow the fields and pick up the bales every summer), and this hot girl who was my age, and her mom, who was also pretty hot, were helping, since they were buying the bales. I was at the top of the ~30ft stack of bales (and while irrelevant, I hate being the stacker because I'm afraid of heights and being 35ft up on an unstable stack of hay on a moving truck is not where I like to be), and climbed down to about ten feet to hop off. I hopped down and had to land in a full crouch to absorb the impact. My jeans shredded from ankle to crotch all the way up. I just froze for a minute and asked my dad if I could possibly go home and change. I felt pretty smooth walking home in my half-pants, the two girls as an audience.

The "haters gonna hate" walk was futile.

Niiice. The few times I have accidentally ripped my jeans where when I tried to get into a car that was low to the ground

I went down to Casual Male XL and bought 3 pairs of shorts earlier, so it's all good
