Are people allowed to request for a film, tv show, or video game to be added to IMFDB?

Sure, you're allowed to. Doesn't mean anyone will fulfill it, though.

Ben41 is pretty responsive to such requests. Post your request on his user discussion page over on imfdb and see what happens.

We've provided a lot of instructions on creating and editing pages, with elaborate instructions on obtaining screenshots. If it's just a movie, it shouldn't be that hard. For TV and video games, you're asking someone to devote hours and hours of their time
