I put up a "page" on the Zombieland talk page.
It felt a little... cheap. The shameless tie-ins with Onstar and IKEA were a bit distracting. (IKEA: the official decorators of the zombie apocalypse.) I doubt it'd make it past the pilot if it was on a network, or even cable, but on Amazon, who knows?

My response was always "Oh yeah? Well why don't YOU help out or do something about it?" or "Why don't you make your OWN project and see how easy it is". Now I'm not defending a rant against critics. I DO understand the frustration. All of us who work hard at things get pissed when guys who do nothing, take pot shots at us. It's human nature to get mad.

The Amazon rating was over three out of five stars, so either the fan boys came out in droves to give it five stars, or a very vocal minority absolutely hated it. (The guy does raise a good point though: a multimedia juggernaut like Amazon couldn't pony up more dough?)
Anyway, if no one picks up the series, I'm going to follow the example of the Blazing Saddles pilot and just fold it into the main Zombieland page.
