It's iffy. His posts seem like they're written by a person, but they're marginally 'off topic' in each thread he posts in. Right now, it's not clear whether or not he's just a bad typist or a bot that is emulating human speech.

look at his profile, it says "man". It seems that if you were to look at the profiles for spammers their "About" says "man", and their location says a simple "US".
