They want me to consider enlisting. I find this pretty damn funny seeing as I am near sighted, have a pinched sciatic nerve, only one of my kidneys works properly and my spine is a bit thin near the bottom. If the Marines knew about any of this, they'd be sending me letters to tell me that I probably should attempt to join up

I got a flier from National Guard in the mail a few months ago. Though as much as I want to, I can't join up due to lingering medical problems.

That must suck. I really don't want to join the armed forces anyway (I'm too lazy; don't even want to potentially get shot at)

Before I graduated from High School, I took the ASVAB test. Got a 93 and suddenly a couple days after I got the results, every branch was calling me for recruitment.

i graduate (associates) in a month, I wish police departments had recruiters, but ill just send aps anywhere and everywhere.

I remember getting stuff from the Army and USAF when I was a senior in my mailbox. It's only now that I've started re-considering whether I should enlist or not.
