Hey, the SW9 is good enough for the ANP.... which is really more of a comment on the ANP than the SW9.

A-Bolts are good rifles, I wouldn't worry about that. Made in Japan or not, Browning makes solid guns. Don't forget Howas were made in Japan and they were pretty good rifles. That said I personally don't like the A-Bolt, or most Browning guns for that matter, but that just comes down to feel rather than there being anything wrong with them.
