Also, if you're a lefty, wouldn't you prefer one of the STAG left-hand ARs?
I've gotten to live-fire an AR-15A2 HBAR and an M16A2, and never had any problem with the spent brass. Plus the A2 and newer uppers have the brass deflector that pretty much makes it a moot point. Some people think that left-handed shooters have problems operating controls on a gun made for a right-handed shooter, but I've never encountered any difficulties.

Thanks Spartan. I don't know why it didn't work, I copy/pasted the link and made sure to get rid of the excess http tag at the front.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Plus, the STAG guns still have the bolt catch on the left side of the receiver (it's only the upper receiver that's been changed around). Pretty much the main advantage to having a left hand gun is ease of reload, and with ARs, that means being able to hit the bolt catch when reloading. But STAG's leftie ARs don't even give lefties that ability. So until someone comes up with left-handed lower receivers, as well as uppers, the utility is minimized.

One thing savage is good about is having fully left handed rifles in every class (rimfire, centerfire hnting, centerfire competition, tactical).

Whole different category of guns, but im thinking other companies should follow. Im right handed but one of my friends is lefty and has trouble finding guns.
